Returns Policy

Shop STASH – Our standard policy is that for all shop items, deposits and payments are non-refundable. Exchanges and returns are by prior arrangement only, and will be subject to additional postage and administration charges.

Custom STASH - All deposits and payments for made-to-order items, and stock items that include printing and numbering, are non-refundable due to the unique design of the items. This includes embroidery or initials.

Faulty STASH – If you are unhappy in any way with the quality of the goods you receive, please contact us within 7 days of receipt by email, fax or post and we will do everything we can to help you. We stand by our products - we only accept the best, and so should you!
