The majority of stock items will be shipped within 3 to 4 working days, unless we advise you differently. Basically, you pick it…we ship it.
How we send STASH within the UK:
All STASH sent within the UK is delivered by our delivery agents (either; Tuffnells Parcels Express or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery). All items are sent as overnight deliveries unless STASH or the customer state otherwise. All parcels will require a signature on delivery, so should there be no one at the property to provide a signature a calling card will be posted through the door advising you how to collect your parcel. Our delivery agents can now offer Next Day guaranteed delivery within the UK, for an extra charge (subject to certain restrictions).
PLEASE NOTE: WE CANNOT DELIVER TO PO BOX ADDRESSES.
If you encounter a delivery problem with your STASH, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our very best to help you.
International STASH:
Currency - All items are priced and invoiced in sterling and must be paid in sterling. If you are purchasing from overseas with a credit card, then your credit card company will calculate conversion to your home currency automatically.
Delivery - STASH is happy to arrange international shipping for you through DHL (or similar quality international courier company) to your nominated address. The price will be pre-agreed with you ahead of shipping. If you have an alternate or preferred shipping method this can be discussed. You are liable for any additional costs (insurance, local taxes, import duties, clearance costs, etc.).
Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations:
Custom STASH - All deposits and payments for made-to-order items, and stock items that include printing and numbering, are non-refundable due to the unique design of the items.
Stock STASH – Our standard policy is that for all stock items, deposits and payments are non-refundable. Exchanges and Returns are by prior arrangement only, and will be subject to additional postage and administration charges.
Faulty STASH. If you are unhappy in any way with the quality of the goods you receive, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt) by email, fax or post and we will do everything we can to help you. We stand by our products - we only accept the best, and so should you!
